Delivery time for Tentipi’s range of single pole tents and accessories is 3-4 days, if we have the item In Stock in our UK warehouse.
If the item is not in stock in our UK warehouse, but there is Stock Available , a lead-time of approximately 2-3 weeks is required.
Tentipi’s Event Range of multi pole tents and accessories are made to order. You should allow approximately 8 weeks for delivery.
All delivery times are subject to confirmation at the time of placing your order.

Express Delivery Service
If you need your order in a hurry, we can arrange express delivery using one of our reliable couriers. Express delivery will be charged at the same price as quoted by the courier. Please contact us if you require this service.
Non UK Mainland Deliveries
For delivery to locations outside UK Mainland, excluding the IOW, please contact us at the World Inspired Tents office. We will calculate a delivery charge based on your location and specific volume/weight of the item you order.
In the event of any delivery by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.
