Booking is easy with World Inspired Tents
You’ve found the perfect tents but how do you go about booking them for your event?
The first thing to do is contact us. Give us a call or send us an email and let us know your ideas. Here are a few things we need to consider together.
Once we have an idea of what you’re after we can create a detailed, itemised quotation for you. After you’ve had a look at it we’re sure you’ll have many questions, which we’d be more than happy to answer. We have the experience as well as the inspiration to guide you through this process.
We can revise your quote as many times as you like until you are absolutely satisfied with what you need. We can always make small adjustments nearer the date of your event.
Maybe at this stage you are confident about the tipis but unsure about your site so please invite us along for a site visit. We have considerable experience in providing tents in a wide variety of venues. We’re more than happy to do this, giving you the chance to meet us and address any queries you may have.
If your date is fixed and site secured, you’re happy with our quote and the tipis have ignited your imagination; you’re ready to go ahead and book. We will send you a booking form and deposit invoice for 25% of your booking. Once you have signed and returned your booking form along with your deposit (payable by cheque, BACS or any major card) the tents and date will be secured for you. We will then send you confirmation and receipt of deposit payment.
One month before your event we will contact you to confirm your final requirements and send you a balance invoice. This will need to be paid no later than 10 days prior to your event.
