Easy insurance with our Damage Waiver Fee

World Inspired Tents Damage Waiver Fee

It is standard practice across the whole marquee industry that the client is held fully responsible for all accidental loss and damage to the hired equipment.

With our tents and equipment adding up to many tens of thousands of pounds it is essential that the equipment is fully insured during the period of hire.

It is possible for the client to insure the tents and equipment themselves, through standard wedding / event insurance. However, this can be time consuming and costly.

As a cost effective and convenient alternative to arranging their own insurance, our clients can choose to pay a Damage Waiver Fee, amounting to 3% of the equipment hire charge. By doing so we at World Inspired Tents take full responsibility for the risk of accidental loss or damage to the equipment during the hire period. This is done through our own insurance.

There are 3 conditions to the above damage waiver (imposed on us by our own insurers). These are;

1. The client is responsible for the first £500 of accidental loss or damage to the equipment. Why? Because it encourages the client to take good care of the equipment during the period of hire.

2. The client is responsible for all loss or damage resulting from wilful neglect or legal liability. Why? Because no insurance policy (yours or ours) would cover for this.

3. The client is responsible for and loss or damage due to the clients failure to adhere to any special security arrangements that have been agreed. Why? Because no insurance policy (yours or ours) would cover this; it is viewed by insurance companies as negligence.

Friends of World Inpsired Tents

Dear friends of World Inspired, As our second full season draws to a close, we're delighted to report another hugely successful year for World Inspired Tents. That success is entirely thanks to you. We couldn't have achieved what we have without you and
we would like to say a huge thank you!

We know our tipis are beautiful, but we also know that you have a choice and are extremely grateful that you chose us for your event. From Glastonbury to Grinstead: Helston to Hereford, each and every event has been totally unique and something we have been privileged to be a part of.

We're now looking ahead to 2010, confident that it's going to be another fantastic year. Wishing you a very happy festive season and peaceful 2010.!
