Terms & Conditions of Sales

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions with World Inspired Tents, to purchase goods whether placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' refer to World Inspired Tents. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.

Prices

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are shown inclusive and exclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders & Payment. We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods: e-mail, telephone or post.
We accept payment by cheque and by BACS transfer. Payment must be made as follows;For orders under £2000+VAT, payment in full must accompany the order

• for orders of £2000+VAT and more, a deposit payment of 25% must accompany the order. The remaining 75% must be received before goods are shipped.

Products

Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Guarantee

All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months unless otherwise stated from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original receipt to; World Inspired Tents, Rockhay Meadow, West Down, Ilfracombe, Devon, EX34 8NH.
Please identify clearly the area or part that has failed. All items must be returned in a clean, dry condition, otherwise they may be returned to you without attention.

Distance Selling Regulations

If you are a consumer and we have not met face-to-face, then you have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through a catalogue or website under the distance selling regulations for refund.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.
Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.
These regulations do not apply if you are a business.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for non-performance of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Pricing and Print Errors

Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of World Inspired Limited until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

This privacy policy covers World Inspired Limited and its web site.
You can browse our site without disclosing any personal data to us. We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfill any order requirements and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, (e.g. placing an order or requesting a catalogue). All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will use the data for our own marketing purposes, including market research and to keep you up to date with any offers or information regarding our business. The type of information that we will collect will include:

We strive to always hold accurate and up to date information about you. You can gain access to information that we may hold about you by writing to the Data Protection Officer, World Inspired Tents, Rockhay Meadow, West Down, Ilfracombe, Devon, EX34 8NH.
We will provide you with a readable copy of any personal data that we may hold about you, within thirty days of receipt of your request. We will require proof of your identity before releasing any data. We will provide the information at a charge of £10.00 payable with your request.
In instances where you find information that we hold about you to be inaccurate we will correct or delete it promptly.
