Siobhan’s take on her special day:

I knew before Ben even asked me to marry him that I wanted to have a wedding in a tipi, and growing up in a rural village in Dorset meant that we wouldn’t be short on space to put them up somewhere. Because of the nature of the location and the fact that we wanted a laid back wedding meant that the theme of country village wedding was our best choice along with lots of DIY touches to make the day as personal as possible.

We made pretty much everything for the wedding from the gold postbox to the wooden table centres, lace table runners and bunting, even the seating plan and wooden place names. There was a running joke from the groom that “No-one will even notice” but by the evening he had changed his tune and turned and said “Everyone noticed”.  Ernie the owner of the field we used even said how nice it was to see a wedding full of so much love.

All the guests were stunned as they entered the tents and so many people have said that it was the most beautiful venue they’d seen. People are still talking about them now.

We had been to see another company before we chose the tipis but we were blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail of World Inspired. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we invited too many people and realised we would need more tipis, tables and chairs!

The day was everything we hoped it would be and more.
